Enter the name or email address of the author (in this case, [email protected]) into the From box; both are depicted here. Then Hit the OK button.
EXTRA: let's look at one of the other options available in this dialog box. Towards the bottom, you'll see a checkbox for Message Has More Than xxx lines.
The number of lines is a rough measurement of the size of the message. Most text messages are short, at most a few hundred lines. Binaries, such as pictures, have many more lines to them. Given this, it's possible to use this option to make filters that only filter out binary posts. All you have to do is check the box and enter a number somewhere between 200 and 500 (it may take a little experimentation to determine what works best). Make sure that the scope for the filter is limited to only one group (see the previous step)
